The E38 bores me. It’s too much of a bar of soap. I’m a huge fan of Bangle BMW’s. The E65 is muscular and interesting to look at. Each their own I guess. I’m also a huge fan of the Juke and 10th generation Civic that most people seem to think are ugly. I don’t just defend ugly cars to be different though - I hate Azteks just like everyone else.

Haha touche on the bar of soap comment but I still love it! While I’m not a huge fan of the pre-facelift E65, the E60 has grown on me with every year since it’s release. And at this point, I don’t think anyone can deny the brilliance of Bangle. he produced cars that still look modern almost 15 years later.

Even today I go back and forth on the E60 - as an M5 it looks brilliant but the regular versions... some days I like them some days not. The E85/86 that looked so weird when new is one of my all time favorites. And I don’t think the E38 is ugly... It just doesn’t excite me like the E65.
